LEVEL 1
VISITOR RESTRICTIONS

•    Visiting hours: 8 a.m. -  8 p.m.
•  Visitors under 18 must be accompanied by an adult*

*Aerosolizing COVID-19 patients cannot have visitors under 18

For hospitalized patients, support from friends and loved ones is vital for comfort and healing. Therefore, Kingman Regional Medical Center (KRMC) is committed to allowing visitors to the extent that it is safely possible during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Visitation in COVID isolation areas

To help minimize the spread of infection at KRMC, patients who have COVID-19 (or other infectious disease) are cared for in special isolation areas within the hospital.

In general, visitors are not permitted in COVID isolation areas. However, in some circumstances, you can visit a patient in isolation at the discretion of their physician. For further information, please talk directly with your loved one’s nurse or doctor.

Also, friends and family can visit patients in isolation via electronic communications.  Free WI-FI is available throughout the hospital.

Visitation in non-COVID areas

KRMC has implemented a flexible visitation policy for non-COVID areas. When community transmission is high, we may increase our visitor restrictions to limit virus transmission to patients and staff.
