The KRMC Foundation is governed by a cohesive group of committed community members who share the common goal of enhancing health and quality-of-life in northwestern Arizona.
To promote a healthier community, the KRMC Foundation Board works to raise and allocate funds for new medical equipment, to expand facilities, and to provide a variety of healthcare programs and services in the community.
According to the Foundation’s bylaws, board members serve three-year terms and are elected at an annual meeting held in October of each year.
