Kingman Regional Medical Center is pleased to welcome Philip Ivey, MD, to Kingman OB/GYN Associates.

With close to 30 years in practice, Ivey offers his patients broad experience in obstetrics and gynecology.

Ivey provides skilled diagnosis and treatment for conditions that affect the female reproductive organs over the lifespan, from adolescence and puberty through menopause and advanced age. He also provides prenatal and obstetric care during pregnancy and childbirth.

In describing his approach to patient care, Ivey thinks careful listening is essential. “I sit down with my patients to find out what’s bothering them,” he said. “That information helps me to better understand the patient’s condition and offer treatment options and solutions that will best meet their individual needs.”

Throughout most of his career, Ivey practiced in Casa Grande, Arizona, and other communities outlying the greater Phoenix metro area. He chose to come to Kingman because of the comradery among the medical staff at KRMC. “After touring the hospital and meeting my potential colleagues, I felt welcomed, wanted, and needed,” he said. “I was impressed with how everyone works together to achieve what’s best for the patient.”

Ivey earned his medical degree from the University of South Florida in Tampa, Florida. He then completed his medical residency at Good Samaritan Medical Center, in Phoenix, Arizona. He is certified as a Fellow of The American Congress of Obstetricians and Gynecologists (FACOG).
