KRMC Impacted by Regional Phone Systems Outage

Like much of our community and region, KRMC is again experiencing phone issues. Our clinics and facilities are open and operating as usual. 911 remains operational in case of emergencies. Please see the following options for communicating with us:

 

1. Patient Portal 

You can use the patient portal to review information, confirm appointment times, or communicate with your provider. 

  1. If you have a portal account, go to azkrmc.com click “Patient Portal” to enter your login and password
  2. For help logging in or questions about the patient portal, please email mkhp.him@azkrmc.com  or call 928-530-9405. 

 

2. Question about Radiology Scheduling (X-rays, MRI, CT, etc.)  

  • Email radiology.scheduling@azkrmc.org
  • Visit the scheduling window at the 
  • HMC Campus at 3801 Santa Rosa Drive 
  • The Imaging Center at 1033 Sycamore Ave.
  • Call 928-897-0195 (due to call volume, we recommend trying the email option first)

     

3. Questions About Admitting

4. WL Nugent Cancer Center

As of Wednesday June 11, 2025, at 11:00 am, our main phone system is unable to receive or make external calls, or forward calls to other departments. We appreciate your continued patience as we wait for the telephone provider to repair and restore phone service throughout the community.
