KRMC Foundation Mary Chan’s Race for Hospice Results

The Kingman Regional Medical Center Foundation is pleased to announce the results of Mary Chan’s Route 66 Race for Hospice. This year’s race was made possible by the following sponsors:

The KRMC Foundation wishes to extend a special thanks to Mary Chan, who raised $14,300 to support this event. 

The race took place on Saturday, May 8th in downtown Kingman. Proceeds from the event support operations of the KRMC Joan and Diana Hospice Home, which provides comfort and care to people with limited life expectancy. 

The 10k and 5k races began and ended at the Powerhouse Visitor Center on Route 66. The 5K route proceeded up El Trovatore Hill, with the turnaround point at the crest of the hill. The 10K route also went up El Trovatore Hill and continued onto Hualapai Mountain Road, turning around just past the Copper Ridge apartments. 

Dan Kuch finished first overall in the men's 10K with a time of 35:23 and Elizabeth Garcia finished first overall in the women's 10K with a time of 51:36. William Chimel finished first overall in the men's 5K with a time of 19:44 and Isabella Anderson finished first overall in the women's 5K with a time of 27:53.
