Changes to KRMC Billing Statement February 2026

KRMC is partnering with a new statement vendor to improve your billing experience. Here's what you can expect:

  • Your billing statement will have a new look.
  • If you have a current balance due, you may receive emails and/or text messages from KRMC.
  • If you have an active payment plan, your installment amount and term is the same. If you are on autopay, please call us at (928) 263-3534.

With this change comes a new, easy-to-use billing portal, where patients can:

  • View and update your account information
  • Pay your bill online

Starting February 2, 2026, patients can visit kingman.myonplanhealth.com to log in.
