If you’re planning to breastfeed, we can help you feel prepared. Come join us to learn as much as you can about how the whole process works.
Through this breastfeeding class, you will learn about:
- Colostrum, foremilk, and hindmilk
- What to expect when feeding a newborn
- The benefits of human milk
- Infants’ feeding cues and how to tell if your baby is getting enough milk
- Proper latch techniques and positions for effective breastfeeding
- Where to get help and support when you need it
