If you’re planning to breastfeed, we can help you feel prepared. Come join us to learn as much as you can about how the whole process works.

  • Colostrum, foremilk, and hindmilk
  • What to expect when feeding a newborn
  • The benefits of human milk
  • Infants’ feeding cues and how to tell if your baby is getting enough milk
  • Proper latch techniques and positions for effective breastfeeding
  • Where to get help and support when you need it
