Comprehensive rehabilitation services on an outpatient basis for people who have had a heart attack, heart surgery, or other cardiovascular event or procedure (such as angioplasty or stent placement).
Licensed audiologist skilled in hearing evaluation, rehabilitation, and hearing aid dispensing and servicing.
Licensed occupational therapists available on an outpatient basis to help you regain personal independence using special skill training and exercises to help you perform daily activities at home, work, and leisure.
Skilled board-certified pain management specialists who incorporate evidence-based pain treatments with appropriate rehabilitation therapies for managing chronic pain.
Physiatry (Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Specialist)
Board-certified Physiatrist (Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Specialist) with expertise in advanced procedures, medications, and therapies for treatment of physical disabilities caused by nerve, muscle, and skeletal conditions.
Licensed physical therapists available on an outpatient basis to help you restore movement using exercises and other techniques to build strength, control pain, and to promote healing.
Outpatient rehabilitation services with licensed respiratory therapists for people who have COPD or other lung disease.
