About Me
As a board-certified women’s health nurse practitioner, Baker specializes in caring for women throughout the lifespan. She sees patients for a range of obstetrics and gynecology needs, from well woman visits and prenatal visits, to birth control consults and IUD placements.
Baker was born and raised in Kingman. She began her health care career with KRMC in 2013 as a registered nurse. She gained experience in several of the hospital’s inpatient units before choosing to pursue further education.
Baker attended nursing school at New York University where she discovered a passion for women’s health care. She graduated from Georgetown University’s Nurse Midwifery/Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner program in 2020.
Baker is passionate about patient care and strives to put her patients at ease. “OB visits are often the first introduction for women into our healthcare system and can shape how they follow up afterward.” said Baker. “I enjoy being able to connect with my patients and provide them a comfortable space to discuss topics they may otherwise avoid.”
