Volunteering at KRMC
Every day, people like you make a positive impact on people’s lives by volunteering at Kingman Regional Medical Center (KRMC). Our volunteers have an important role in meeting the KRMC patient care mission by providing companionship and individual attention to our patients, visitors, and guests.
We invite caring, committed people to contribute their time and skills to meet the needs of our community and patients. We currently have openings for volunteers in the following areas:
- Information desk
- Gift Boutique
- Inpatient units
- Pet therapy
- Courtesy shuttle driver
- Department liaison
KRMC’s Volunteen (Youth Volunteer) program is for high school students, ages 14 to 19 years old. Our program assists students in obtaining their community service hours needed for graduation. The program can also help students gain an understanding of the healthcare environment and may even encourage them to choose a career in the medical field.
Hospice volunteers are specially trained to provide support and companionship to patients at the end-of-life and their loved ones. Volunteers also assist with light household chores, run errands, or help in meeting a variety of other needs.
Volunteering at KRMC is extremely rewarding and a great source of pride and enjoyment. If you would like to contribute your time in the service or others, please complete one of the applications below.
