A teaching hospital educating tomorrow’s healthcare professionals.

In 2000, Kingman Regional Medical Center (KRMC) became the first rural teaching hospital in Arizona.  Since then, hundreds of medical students have successfully achieved their educational goals through our outstanding Graduate Medical Education Program, which offers internships and residencies in emergency medicine and family medicine. The program also offers externships for medical students.

Additionally, KRMC offers residency programs in nursing and pharmacy.

Emergency Medicine Residencies

The Emergency Medicine residency at KRMC provides residents with a challenging learning experience and training in multiple care environments and with diverse patient populations.

Family Medicine Residencies

KRMC’s integrative medicine curriculum prepares Family Medicine residents to practice basic integrative medicine, continue lifelong learning, and become integrative medicine leaders in their healthcare practices.

Pharmacy Residencies

This program provides residents with learning experiences in both hospital and ambulatory care settings. Residents learn how to optimize medication therapy through direct patient care, as well as how to effectively educate patients and health care professionals regarding proper medication use.
