Kingman Regional Medical Center (KRMC) Home Health offers a wide range of in-home healthcare services in the following Arizona communities:

Under the direction of your healthcare provider, our registered nurses and other skilled professionals provide care for illness or injury during scheduled home visits on an intermittent, short-term basis.

KRMC Home Health is licensed by the Arizona Department of Health Services and certified by Medicare. Our services are eligible for coverage by most insurance plans, including Medicare, AHCCCS, and Worker’s Compensation. To receive home health services, you will need an order from your healthcare provider.

Services:

Skilled Nursing Care — Registered nurses coordinate your home care and are on-call 24-hours a day. They assess and evaluate your medical needs and consult with your healthcare provider on a regular basis. Our skilled nursing services include:

  • Blood draws for laboratory testing
  • Cardiac monitoring
  • Disease management
  • Injections
  • Infusion therapy
  • Instrument care (respiratory, urinary, ostomy, feeding)
  • IV infusion/PICC line care
  • Medication management
  • Patient and caregiver education
  • Post-surgical and post-hospitalization care
  • Wound care

Personal Care — Our certified nursing assistants provide personal care under the supervision of registered nurses. Personal care can include bathing, bed linen changes, and help with exercise programs.

Physical and Occupational Therapy — Certified physical and occupational therapists evaluate and treat patients whose mobility and independence has been compromised by illness or injury. They teach patients how to use assistive equipment and provide education on home safety. They also provide home exercise programs to help you achieve more functionality and independence.

Speech Therapy — Certified speech pathologists provide therapy for speech, language, swallowing, or memory disorders.

Social Services — Our licensed social workers can assist, as needed, with various non-medical issues that may interfere with your recovery and progress, which can include social, emotional and economic factors. They provide support and coordinate with community resources to help meet your needs.
