Mario Torres, MD

Dr Mario Torres, MD has been in the practice of Nephrology and Hypertension for over 25years. As a Board Certified Internist/Nephrologist he treats and manages adult patients with hypertension, kidney diseases and chronic kidney disease/kidney failure, protein in the urine, kidney stones, cysts of the kidneys, kidney transplants and dialysis.

Dr Torres believes in educating patients about their kidney or blood pressure issues and how to protect and preserve their kidneys and overall health. Spending time and communicating is his “old school” approach that has served him and his patients well and seems a lost art in medicine.

He is also bilingual in Spanish and welcomes Spanish speaking patients.
