Chris Siefker, PHARMD
Kingman, AZ 86409
Dr. Siefker earned her Doctor of Pharmacy degree from University of Findlay in Ohio. She practiced as a retail pharmacist in her community before transitioning to an ambulatory care setting in 2013. A pharmacist who provides ambulatory care helps to prevent and manage chronic diseases. Dr. Siefker monitors her patients’ medications and overall lifestyles to help them become their healthiest selves. At Mercy Fairfield Hospital, she was involved in the expansion of anticoagulation services and also participated in transitions-of-care activities.
To continue expanding her skills, Dr. Siefker completed additional anticoagulation training through the University of Florida. She also completed courses focused on cardiovascular disease and diabetes through the American Pharmacists Association.
Prior to joining Kingman Regional Medical Center, Dr. Siefker also practiced as a physical therapist assistant for several years in Ohio. She has a passion for working with patients to help them improve their overall quality of life. In order to do this, she believes in focusing on the whole person and not just the disease state being treated. She strives to provide care that is individualized and promotes open communication between the patient and all providers involved in the patient’s care.
