KRMC Committed to Safety of Staff and Guests

KRMC’s Security Services is committed to keeping employees and guests safe. Recently, the security department released a memorandum to staff members outlining some of its new safety measures. KRMC wants the public to know about the steps being taken to promote their safety.

Some of the safety procedures include: new and updated security surveillance cameras that record activities on an on-going basis; at least two Security Officers on duty 24 hours a day and 7 days a week; 24-hour escort services on campus for our guests and staff; badges issued to easily identify authorized visitors such as vendors, construction personnel and others; badges issued to all authorized after hours visitors; and drills conducted on a routine basis to promote staff readiness for fire, bomb threats, and infant abductions.

The KRMC Security Staff has developed a close working relationship with the Kingman Police and Fire Departments as well as the Mohave County Sheriff’s Department to provide back-up in emergency situations. If there are any concerns or questions, please contact the KRMC Security Department by calling the hospital’s main line at 757-2101.
