KRMC Presents Annual Kid’s Day Health & Safety Fair
A car seat safety check will be provided. Kids will be able to get their vision tested, height and weight measured, and immunizations brought up-to-date (don’t forget to bring their shot records,) while Dr. Gordon Burns will have his venomous creatures exhibit and volunteers from Arizona Game & Fish will teach the kids about respecting nature and wildlife. The Mohave County Sheriff’s Department and Farmers Insurance will provide information on Child ID, and kids will be able to sign-up for library cards, the Dolphin Swim Team, Northern Arizona Soccer League, plus see demonstrations by the White Wind Tiger martial arts dojo. This exciting fair will include ATV safety provided by the Cerbat Ridge Runners and Mohave County Search & Rescue, bicycle, electrical and water safety, helicopters from Arizona Department of Public Safety and Guardian Air, and trucks from the Kingman Fire Department and UniSource Energy Services. Kids can also enjoy the jumping castle donated by R&R Jumps, crafts, and games! The event is free and open to the public with food, prizes and lots of fun for everyone.
