KRMC Imaging Center Hosts MRI Open House
In honor of National MRI Safety Week, KRMC's Imaging Center will hold an Open House from 2:00 to 4:00 pm on Thursday, July 26th.
KRMC is proud to offer the most advanced diagnostic imaging technology in the region along with highly trained imaging professionals to provide critical diagnostic and therapeutic services for our patients. Tours highlighting the 3T MRI and the Women's Wing will be provided.
Kingman Regional Medical Center is the first facility in the region to offer the exceptional power of 3 Tesla Magnetic Resonance Imaging. The 3T MRI offers outstanding resolution, increased clarity and detail. Enhanced imaging capabilities for vascular, neurological and musculoskeletal diagnosis with increased scan speed results in improved patient comfort. With twice the field strength of a conventional magnet, 3T MRI quickly captures images with a level of detail and clarity never before possible for more precise diagnoses, better pre-surgical planning and enhanced patient care. The women's wing provides Digital Mammography, Bone Densitometry, and Ultrasound.
The general public is invited to attend. Light refreshments will be served and door prizes will be awarded.
