Drifters Car Club Helps Hospice On Saturday, September 8th from 3:00 to 8:00 p.m., the Drifters Car Club of Kingman will host a car show at the Medical Professional Center of Kingman, 1739 Beverly Avenue. The car show will be open to the public and will include a DJ and lots of fun prizes. All proceeds from the event will benefit the Kingman Regional Medical Center Hospice Home. The Drifters have 49 members ranging in age from 29 to 81. They are a family oriented club that was started by Ray and Debbie Garza in 1998. They meet at Centennial Park once a month. When the weather is good, you will find them cruising on Saturday nights where they might visit Whataburger, In and Out or Sonic. They also participate together in car shows throughout the State.
