Cindy Beaumont has been named the KRMC employee-of-the-month for December. As the hospital’s Medical Staff Coordinator, Cindy is responsible for administering the credentialing, privileging, and reappointment processes for all medical staff.

In this challenging position, Cindy must balance the hospital’s requirements with the wishes of the medical staff. According to her coworkers, Cindy consistently approaches her work with a positive, easy-going attitude while still maintaining extraordinary professionalism. One co-worker said that Cindy can be “swamped with work, but will take the time to help anyone with anything they need.” Another explains how she “meets multiple time lines and stays focused on the tasks before her—not leaving anything undone. She is an example of excellence in everything she does.”

In addition to her coworkers, Cindy has also earned the respect of local physicians. According to one doctor, Cindy is “very pleasant and very efficient; of the best I have ever worked with.”

Cindy began working for KRMC six years ago as a biller in the business office and steadily progressed with more responsible positions. She previously worked for 25 years for Blue Cross/Blue Shield in Kansas City, Missouri.

She and Jody (who is a farrier) live on forty acres in the Cedar Hills area east of Kingman. They are currently raising three horses and two dogs. She has three grown children (two in Kansas City and one in Phoenix) and two grandchildren.
