KRMC FOUNDATION BOARD OF DIRECTORS
The KRMC Foundation is governed by a cohesive group of committed community members who share the commmon goal of enhancing health and quality-of-life in northwestern Arizona
To promote a healthier community, the KRMC Foundation Board works to raise and allocate funds for new medical equipment, to expand facilities, and to provide a variety of healthcare programs and services in the community.
According to the Foundation's bylaws, the board consists of not less than 15 and no more than 20 members who serve three-year terms and are elected at an annual meeting held in October of each year.
