This continuing education program at Cleveland State University is an intensive course of study in patient advocacy. Lisaâ€™s course work covered 10 core competencies defined by the Society for Healthcare Consumer Advocacy (SHCA) including bioethics, customer service, conflict resolution, complaint management, and crisis intervention, as well as several others.
By completing this program she has demonstrated her dedication to improving the healthcare experience for KRMC patients and families.
