The third Friday of the month at 3:00 pm in the Education Conference Room -adjacent to the Del E. Webb Wellness & Rehabilitation Center.

For anyone who suffers with a chronic lung disease such as asthma, chronic bronchitis or emphysema. Family members are encouraged to attend also. Gain self-help skills so that you may experience fewer episodes of serious shortness of breath and achieve a greater sense of well being!
